Floyd Mayweather Jr. Favored Over Connor McGregor in Fake Fight

If odds were about properly handicapping a bout instead of just taking money from reckless rubes, Mayweather would be a -10000 favorite in this thing, at least.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion and GQ model Conor McGregor is planning to challenge Floyd Mayweather Jr.in a mixed martial arts (MMA) vs. boxing crossover fight later this year, and even has the backing of Nevada State Athletic Commission.

So, what if McGregor and Mayweather never agree to a contract to fight?

It's not only Mayweather's "little head" that McGregor has no respect for, but also his boxing record. He did clarify that pitting together such outsized personalities would be a huge spectacle to the ordinary man on the street, while pointing out that to an educated boxing fan, it would be a awful fight.

McGregor took a trip to Las Vegas this week, which spurred rumors that he was going there to meet with Mayweather regarding their long talked about boxing match, according to Yahoo Sports.

"You're talking to somebody about the fight, you're talking to me".

Mayweather said in the Instagram post that "there hasn't been any deals made in regards to a fight between myself and any others fighters". He's 40 years of age. Honestly, my fist is bigger than his head.

"If I crack that little head of his, it's gonna go clean off his shoulder and up into the bleachers". I want to put my analytics forward, man-to-man, and be like, 'This is what I'm owed now. "I'm just letting them know I want something else", McGregor said.

McGregor's most recent comments on the potential deal have been a blunt warning to Mayweather, that he will take his head off with one of his trademark left-hand shots.

'So all I have to do is pick some schmuck out that he only could decision, bounce the left hand off his dome, sleep him, and then there you go: It's already done'.
