Aaron Hernandez Death Scene Details: Blood, A Bible & A Chilling Message!

Baez said it's too soon to say if Hernandez might have suffered from CTE, and wouldn't answer questions about how many concussions Hernandez might have suffered during his football career.

As a result of the double murder ruling, the case that Hernandez was serving a life sentence for would've been automatically reviewed.

Hernandez was serving a life sentence without possibility of parole for the 2013 slaying of Odin Lloyd. About six weeks after Furtado and de Abreu were killed, Hernandez signed a five-year, $40 million contract with the Patriots and went on to play another season before Lloyd was killed.

Hernandez attempted to barricade his cell door with various items. One of those details claims Hernandez reportedly had a bible verse written on his forehead as he hung from a bed sheet.

The Department of Corrections said the 27-year-old was found hanged in his cell just after 3am local time on Wednesday morning. The report includes two examples: a former Roman Catholic priest in prison for child molestation was beaten to death in his cell in 2003; and a man in prison for killing two abortion clinic workers in 1994 committed suicide behind bars.

Hernandez's family wanted his brain turned over to Boston University's CTE center, his attorney Jose Baez said.

"It is quite possible that for Aaron Hernandez to be on the news on the same day that the Patriots are in the news, that's symbolic", said Ruskin. We request that authorities conduct a transparent and thorough investigation.

One of Hernandez' lawyers, Juan Baez, said in a statement released to USA TODAY Sports and other media outlets that the family is heartbroken and are requesting a "transparent and thorough investigation".

Before honoring the team, President Donald Trump hasn't made an official statement on Hernandez. "H$3 e would never take his own life", he added.

According to some legal expects, the Hernandez estate could be owed a good amount of money if his legal convictions are indeed overturned. Because Hernandez didn't use all of his available legal appeals, the case has the potential of being voided. This means evidence submitted during Hernandez's criminal trial can not be used in civil trials against his estate.

Investigators suggested Hernandez shot Lloyd to keep him quiet about the two earlier killings. But no matter how Aaron Hernandez died, I hope in the final seconds of his short life, he found some peace.
