The thin-and-light models showcased on stage included the ZenBook Flip S (UX370), an ultra-thin convertible notebook, the ZenBook 3 Deluxe (UX490), featuring a 14-inch display; the ZenBook Pro (UX550), featuring an ultra-thin design, but with professional-grade specifications; the VivoBook S15, featuring a 15.6-inch display in a 14-inch-class chassis; and the VivoBook Pro 15, with high specifications.
VivoBook has a dual-fan cooling system with a dual-copper thermal module and heat pipes to help it remain cool during gaming sessions or heavy operation. Asus claims the machine's battery can last up to 11.5 hours and reach a 60 percent charge in 49 minutes, and it has a USB-C port for peripherals.
The laptop can also be connected to the Asus ROG XG Station 2 external graphics dock.
The VivoBook S is a decently priced - $499 to be specific - laptop that comes in a 17.9 mm thick aluminum case somewhat resembling the MacBook Pro.
Asus said it can support up to 9 hours of battery life and will be available at prices starting from $1,199.
Asus has a trio of new computers in its ZenBook range that boast lightweight and powerful features, led by the ZenBook Flip S.
Asus introduced the ZenBook Pro in its ZenBook range of laptops; along with which it also introduced the VivoBook Pro in its VivoBook range of laptops. To top it all off, the ZenBook Flip S is also a convertible and weighs lighter than HP Spectre x360 and MacBook Air at 2.4 pounds. It is powered by a seventh-generation Intel Core i7-7700HQ CPU with up to 16GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 graphics. ZenBook Pro pricing starts at $1,299.
The ASUS VivoBook Pro 15 comes with a 4K display and it features up to 16GB of RAM and up to 2TB of storage. The 27-inch monitor has a WQHD resolution of 2560x1440 pixels.
Coming to All-in-One PCs, the Vivo V241 has a 23.8-inch Full HD NanoEdge multi touch display with wide-view technology and 88% screen-to-body ratio. Connectivity options include DisplayPort and two HDMI ports. Blue Cave also supports IFTTT, allowing users to create automated tasks for an IFTTT-equipped device or service.
