The device will obviously be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 SoC, which is another similar feature as Galaxy S8, S8 Plus smartphone.

The Galaxy Tab S3 has gotten bundled with a few introductory deals to entice potential buyers. The tablet, however, went on sale in the U.S starting March and now finally, the company has chose to launch the tablet here in India.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will be available in Black and Silver colors and the device will be bundled with an S-Pen.

The brand has also introduced some interesting introductory offers including one-time screen replacement, double data offer on Reliance Jio network.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is the successor to last year's Galaxy Tab S2 featuring high-end hardware. With this premium tablet, Samsung will further consolidate its leadership in the market, Mr. Vishal Kaul, Director, Mobile Business, Samsung India told newsmen here today. It has an inbuilt storage of 32GB which is expandable up to 256GB through a MicroSD card. The dimensions of the tablet are 9.34 x 6.65 x 0.24 inches and it weighs 0.43 kg. It claims that the handset will arrive running the latest version of Android, 7.1.1, and that it will feature the same 18.5:9 ratio and Infinity Display tech as the Galaxy S8 and S8+. The device also packs in quad stereo speakers that are tuned by AKG.

Having said that, there's a massive battery of 6000mAh, which is rated to deliver three days of battery life with moderate use. It bears a fingerprint sensor on the Home Button. The clip, which has since been pulled, also shows dual-camera setup on the back of the Galaxy Note 8, with what looks like a dual LED flash underneath. It offers 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz/5GHz) MIMO, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS and USB 3.1 Type-C connectivity options. The rear camera is capable of recording 2160p videos, while the front-facing camera can handle videos of 1080p quality.
