Florida has new gator-themed uniform that are either incredible or disgusting

Without further ado, I present to you Nike's gator-themed uniforms for the Florida Gators this weekend.

Instead, the uniform will be "swamp green" from the helmet down to the socks with a little bit of orange and blue detailing. It's the first time the gator head logo has appeared on their helmets. The cleats are swamp green and covered in Gator print with chrome orange plates. Might be time to re-visit the drawing board for them. Players will also wear swamp green gloves with royal blue straps and accents and an orange swoosh. The jersey has an alligator skin pattern.

Two months ago, we published a piece about the best new college football uniforms in America, claiming that clean, classic looks were the season's in-vogue fashion trend.

Florida Gators will be a part of history on Saturday, as the Gators host Texas A&M in the second time in school history and first since 1962.

Up next, the Aggies hit the road for an all-important battle with Florida.

"The Swamp" was named by former coach Steve Spurrier. "We feel this is an appropriate nickname for our stadium".
