Assassin's Creed Origins DLC Details Revealed

Assassin's Creed Origins DLC Details Revealed

The announcement of these new features has no doubt created a new surge of excitement for the fans and with only 2 weeks to go until it is released on October 27, the hype is certainly intensifying with each and every day. That, for the record, is the cheapest way to get a copy of the game to date.

The first post-launch DLC is The Hidden Ones. Likewise, the paid DLC from a season pass will offer two expansions, The Hidden Ones and The Curse of The Pharaohs, both of which are not scheduled for a release until next year.

Well, I know how I'll be spending 40 hours, then. Bayek and the new Assassins will clash with the Romans as the Brotherhood continues to grow, and players will have a new level cap. Every player that buys the official game can access the free expansions. This expansion will also raise the level cap again and introduce new skills for Bayek. In short, there'll be two story-driven DLCs, with one of these being an undead-themed Egyptian mummy expansion, The Curse of the Pharaohs. Available in March 2018.

Players who bought the basic "Assassin's Creed Origins" will get all the free updates, modes, and in-game activities.

The Roman Centurion and Horus packs - These exclusive item packs will grant Season Pass holders a new outfit, weapons, shield, and mount when they become available in November of this year.

A package of 500 Helix Credits: Available at the launch of the game. Kicking things off is a photo mode, which will allow you to take pictures on your travels and share them with the Assassin's Creed community directly through the game.

The Trial of the Gods - Face off against the Egyptian gods in boss battles during special timed events, and receive valuable rewards for victory.

The Nomad's Bazaar: A wandering merchant gives players daily quests to complete in order to earn mysterious exotic rewards.

The previously announced Discovery Tour mode will also be added, turning the world of Assassin's Creed Origins into a living, breathing museum. Available in early 2018. That includes photo mode that will allow players to unleash their inner photographer, fights against endless waves of enemies in Gladiator Arena through Horde mode and more. The Photo Mode allows players to capture awesome pictures and landscapes around their characters.
