Samsung's Star Wars themed robot vacuums are the droids you're looking for

The vacuum with Darth Vader and Stormtrooper designs is intended for fans in anticipation of the December release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Mini-figures, phone cases, fancy dress; these are the things you'd normally expect find toting Star Wars inspired designs, not a Samsung robot vacuum. Both models have their predecessor's Cyclone Force tech and powerful suction, as well as a sensor that enables the vacuum to map out the most efficient cleaning route in your house. There's no confirmed availability in the Middle East yet, but the Star Wars PowerBots are available to pre-order in the U.S. for US$799. The Powerbot VR7000 vacuum cleaners features two new designs, a Darth Vader version featuring the villain's iconic mask; and a Stormtrooper edition which is a replica of the imperial troops' black and white helmet. Both models can play music from the iconic series, and will make sounds according to their model.

Additionally, the Darth Vader edition comes with Wi-Fi connectivity and a remote control. The Darth Vader model mimics the character's infamous labored breather when turned on.

VR7000 Star Wars limited edition includes all the core cleaning technologies that Samsung has introduced with the original VR7000m including the CycloneForce technology, the Edge Clean Master, and a suction power of 10 watts. You can preorder both now at the Samsung website; the estimated ship date is November 5th at the time of writing.

They can also remember your rooms through Visionary Mapping Plus technology and come with plenty of other smart features to boot.

The Darth Vader and Stormtrooper models have been priced at $799 and $699 respectively.
