Microsoft Edge browser (Preview) now ready for download on the Play Store

Last week, when Microsoft announced its Edge browser for Android, it also revealed that the company has chose to give a new look and name to its already existing Arrow Launcher.

Last week, the company released a preview version of Edge for iOS via test flight beta channel. Microsoft Edge will pull up the reading and information right onto your screen.

Edge for Android and iOS is beneficial for those users who use Edge on the desktop and would want to sync their bookmarks, history, passwords and more on their mobile browser.

Microsoft Edge's unique feature that sets it apart from other browsers is the "Continue on PC" function. So, if your version is 4.4 and above, you can head to the Google Play Store to download it.

Gesture customization. With deep customization for gestures, you can double tap to lock your phone, swipe up for app drawer and more. An interesting thing about this is if the user has stopped reading in Windows 10 of Edge, he can continue the same in Android where he has left reading in Windows 10 browser. Microsoft has noted that some features still need to be added, but my short time with the Android app has been pretty smooth so far.
