Chinese smartphone brand ZTE has today launched Nubia Z17S smartphone in China. The Nubia Z17S is company's flagship smartphone, whereas the Nubia Z17 miniS is the successor of Z17 mini, which was launched earlier this year.

Even though that sound a bit ridiculous, but I guess everyone is entitled to their own perspectives, even if they are irrational.

In terms of camera capability, the device offers a dual rear-camera solution with dual 13 MP Sony made sensor (RGB + monochrome) with features like 4K video recording capability, with live bokeh mode with offers an artificial depth of field to the portrait photos. Nubia Z17 miniS consists the same excepting the Corning Gorilla glass covering. It comes with 12 Megapixel Sony IMX362 sensor primary and 23 Megapixel secondary rear camera with Dual LED flash. Apart from that, the Nubia Z17 miniS rocks a dual 16MP front camera. Besides, the Nubia Z17 miniS comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The Nubia Z17S comes in two variants - 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage priced at 2999 Yuan which is approximately Rs 29,610 and 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage priced at 3999 Yuan which is approximately Rs 39,510. The Nubia Z17S comes with a near bezel-less, 5.7-inch screen, two cameras at the rear and two cameras at the front. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support. Talking about its software front, the Nubia Z17S runs company's proprietary Nubia 5.1 custom UI skin, based on Google's Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system.

The Nubia Z17 miniS will be available in Black Gold and Deep Blue colors and is priced at CNY 1,999. Both the smartphones can be pre-ordered by the fascinated customers would be on traffic from the 19th October. However, the dual front-facing camera setup that includes two 5-megapixel sensors with an f/2.2 aperture and 79.9-degree wide-angle lens. The device has 6 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. The handset runs on Nubia UI 5.0 on top of Android 7.1 Nougat. Sensors on the device include Fingerprint (rear-mounted), Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Ambient Light sensor, Digital Compass sensor, and Proximity sensor. A fingerprint scanner is located at the back. Since the processor is not very power hungry, a 3200 mAh battery seems more than enough for the handset. The handset measures 147.46 x 72.69 x 8.5 mm and weighs 170 grams.
