David Blaine Has Been Accused of Sexual Assault

DAVID BLAINE is being investigated over the alleged rape of a former model at a house in London.

Scotland Yard officials emailed Blaine, vis his legal team, requesting he come to the United Kingdom for an "interview under caution", at which he and his legal team would be provided with the finer details of the police investigation into the incident. The two reportedly hit it off, but she left because she had to work the following morning.

"The allegation was reported to police on 17 November 2016 by a woman who alleged she was raped at an address in Chelsea in June or July 2004 when she was aged 21", it said. While Scotland Yard has chose to open an investigation, there have been no arrests at this stage and they have requested that Blaine travel to the United Kingdom for an "interview under caution".

The Daily Beast has reported that Scotland Yard is now investigating the claim. "If, in fact, there is any police investigation, my client will fully cooperate because he has nothing to hide", Blaine's attorney, Marty Singer, said. "I think it woke me up a little bit, because I'd never had that [anal sex] done to me before", she told the outlet.

"I'm not sure what was said, but I remember he was giving me a lot of attention", Prince told the Daily Beast.

According to The Daily Beast, London police told Prince that they asked Blaine's attorney to have Blaine come to the United Kingdom for an "interview under caution".

According to Prince, the American magician invited her to his friend's house for drinks after meeting her at a Knightsbridge club the night before. She can not remember what he exactly told her, but she recalled that he was giving her a lot of attention. "I felt hazy, completely out of it", she told the Daily Beast. He was just folding clothes, walking around.

"You have to understand, my interpretation was that it was my fault", she said. In my head, rape was being sober-pull her in a bush, pull down her trousers and just ditch her... Thus, she didn't straightly go to the police.

Blaine, who had made his name in NY as an illusionist and endurance artist, had become famous in the United Kingdom the year before when he lived without food for 44 days in a perspex box suspended from a crane near Tower Bridge.
