At 9:15 a.m.in the chapel the "Journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem" video series finishes with "The Manger", an informational video vignette retracing the actual path of Mary and Joseph's journey to Bethlehem.
Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 120 Nate Whipple Highway, Cumberland, will host Lessons and Carols Service on Sunday, Dec. 17, at 7 p.m.
Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2915 Glenn Ave., will be holding "Service of the Longest Night: A Time of Prayer and Music for People who Grieve at Christmas" at 7 p.m. Thursday.
This joint Anglican and Methodist service will take place on Christmas Eve at 3pm and is especially aimed at families with children of primary school age. More information, (704) 463-5669.
Morningside Lutheran Church, 700 S. Martha St., invites the public to its Choir and Orchestra Christmas Program at 4 p.m. Sunday. The service includes a time to light candles in memory of loved ones as well as a time for prayer.
Proceeds from the lunches will go toward disaster relief. The service begins at 11 p.m.
Monday, December 25, 10 am Christmas Day Service.
The community is invited to attend these services and all other services at St. Patrick's, regardless of your religious or nonreligious affiliation.
