Not ready to rest on those laurels, the 16 time world champion and one of the busiest men in the world also noted he'll be executive producing another show for Nickelodeon named Keep it Spotless, a competition show where kids compete for "huge prizes". Cena also announced that he will voice the Baron Draxum character in the network's "Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles".
No word on whether Cena will be shown in front of the camera on his gameshow.
John hosted the show past year, and after a successful run, he's being brought back for the Nickelodeon awards show celebrating the best in television, movies, music and more.
Nickelodeon's 2018 Kids' Choice Awards airs live on March 24, from 8-9:30 p.m. (ET/PT), and celebrates kids' favorites from across the worlds of film, television, music, pop culture, animation and more. "This is especially fun as I get to be a bad guy, which is not normal for me, so I was really drawn to being a villain, especially with the iconic "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" brand and Nickelodeon".
"If you were of my age, you know "Ninja Turtles, ' you were a fan of 'Ninja Turtles, '" said Cena".
"The Kids' Choice Awards generate that same emotion and experience". Baron Draxum seeks to turn all of humanity into mutants, and the reoccurring character will make his debut in the series' premiere episode.
Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is scheduled to premiere in September on Nickelodeon. Keep It Spotless is produced by ITV Entertainment and Hard Nocks South Productions, based on a United Kingdom format from Possessed, and scheduled to premiere later this year.
