Ohio State wide receiver Parris Campbell has chose to return for one more season with the Buckeyes rather than enter the NFL Draft. He made the most of his season a year ago, catching 18 passes for 422 yards and a team-high eight touchdowns.
Campbell had only two receptions in his final two games this season, however.
Also a dynamic player on special teams, Campbell earned second-team and third-team All-Big Ten honors from the conference's media and coaches, respectively, as a return specialist this past season. However, the Buckeyes will be dealing with a loss along the offensive line for 2018 as rising junior tackle Kevin Feder announced that he will be pursuing a transfer. Barring any unexpected departures, Ohio State is slated to return its top-six receivers from a season ago.
Ohio State is also expected to get back star running back Mike Weber, who teased his return on Twitter earlier this month.
Players who have been out of high school for three seasons have until January 15 to file paperwork for the National Football League draft.
