Will Rob Gronkowski play in the Patriots Eagles Super Bowl?

Gronkowski is prohibited from conducting interviews with reporters while in the concussion protocol, and when a reporter approached him Sunday and asked if he got good work in, Gronkowski smiled. Gronkowski, who was listed on New England's mandatory injury reports last week, was on the practice field Saturday and Sunday, when official reports weren't required, and looked to be uninhibited, according to multiple reports. "I am not quite where I want to be right now, but hopefully by game-time, it should be", said Brady.

For some odd reason, the Patriots injury report released on Friday had designations in it if the game would be played on Sunday, Jan. 28. The superstar tight end suffered a concussion against the Jaguars in the first half of the AFC Championship Game and did not return to the game. On Saturday, defensive tackle Malcom Brown was the only absentee during practice, but he joined Sunday's session, making it a flawless attendance for the 53-man roster. The tight end likely is still in the concussion protocol and therefore is not permitted to speak to the media. The Patriots could string things out this week, but Gronk is going to be out there against the Eagles. Harrison will become a free agent after this season.
