An all-party delegation will meet a Supreme Court-appointed monitoring committee to seek a solution to problems posed by an ongoing sealing drive, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said on Tuesday, while hitting out at the BJP for boycotting a meeting called on the issue by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
A Trade Bandh has been implemented in the major market areas of Delhi, as a way to protest the sealing of shops, which is being carried out by the municipal corporations on the direction given by the Supreme court committee. We will go to the monitoring committee to discuss MPD, its interpretation, and sealing.
Sisodia said another such meeting would be called and BJP would be invited again.
"According to the party, Tiwari, who is now on a state visit overseas, had a teleconference discussion with senior Delhi BJP office bearers and trader leaders on the sealing issue".
Later in the day, Congress President Rahul Gandhi attacked both AAP and BJP over the sealing drive.
"There are some issues on which we should not do party politics", he said.
"Stop the drama of allegations and counter-allegations over sealing in Delhi".

In solidarity to Prakash, IAS and Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Services (DCS) officers have stopped attending meetings with AAP ministers, only maintaining written communication with them. The meeting lasted nearly for an hour and was fruitful, Maken said.
"We have given a representation to the CM, and will send this to the BJP also, in which we have divided the city into six parts".
Protesting traders took out protest march in different markets of Delhi and held demonstration at about 100 different places across Delhi demanding immediate stoppage of sealing and de-sealing of properties already sealed. "Hope the Government listens", Mr Maken tweeted.
