Official sources here said that survivor, along with her family, was brought to CBI Lucknow office from where she will be taken for her medical examination.
"The disturbing feature of the case is that the law and order machinery and the government officials were directly in league and under the influence of Kuldeep Singh", a bench of Chief Justice Dilip Bhosale and Justice Sunit Kumar said. "Once we procure substantial evidence, we will go ahead with the arrest of the MLA and his henchmen", disclosed a senior CBI officer engaged with the investigation.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday night filed three FIRs in the alleged Unnao rape and custodial death case but the agency's seriousness is already being questioned. She also said that the arrest of the accused legislator was also a positive development.

Meanwhile, chief minister Yogi Adityanath, while talking on the Unnao rape case, reiterated that his government would follow a zero-tolerance policy on crime and corruption.
