Samsung Galaxy Note 9 leaks suggest 6.4-inch display

Samsung is about to release the company's forthcoming flagship phablet in Note series, Samsung Galaxy Note 9, by the third quarter of this year.

At the request of Evan Blass, the code name of Samsung Galaxy Note the 9 is the Crown, which translated into Russian language means "Crown". The Galaxy Note 9 codename "Crown" indicates that the company wants to position it as the best phablet and re-establish its supremacy in the smartphone market.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is expected to be the top alternative for those who don't prefer to use the iPhone. The Samsung DeX experience also transforms the smartphone's Infinity Display into a Touch Keyboard and Touch Pad for maximum productivity no matter where you are. The Galaxy Note 9 will succeed the Galaxy Note 8, which made its debut in August previous year.

Of the seven flagship smartphones that were tested, the Galaxy S9 came in at sixth place. If such number is not stunning enough, Ice Universe also tipped that a Galaxy Note 9 model could get a whopping 4,000mAh battery, which is the largest that a Samsung device could ever have. The screen curves on the sides similar to Galaxy S9. The smartphone is fuelled by a 2,600mAh removable battery. The device is rumored to run Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 or Samsung's in-house Exynos 9810 chip depending on the region.

Samsung's Galaxy Note 9 codename is "Crown", according to Evan Blass. Instead, it's expected to commence early next month after a scheduled downtime at Samsung's factories in order to complete any iPhone X display orders that may remain.

Per Trusted Reviews, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will not be the first handset to boast a 4,000mAh battery. Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will likely come with a set of dual cameras on the rear. A new patent published by Samsung points to this possibility, as the patent implies that the fingerprint scanner will occupy one fifth of the screen at the bottom.
