Publisher Electronic Arts is launching its own PC video game subscription service called Origin Access Premier, it announced Saturday during its E3 2018 press conference. This new service, which sounds like the Xbox Game Pass, costs £15 / €15 per month or £90 / €100 for the whole year.
What's that mean? Origin Access Premier subscribers will get access to Madden NFL 19, which is making its PC comeback, as well as Federation Internationale de Football Association 19, Battlefield V, and Anthem when they come out.
Origin Access Premiere is a new tier of the Origin Access service. You are also able to use it on other devices through their streaming based Remote Play system. At present, you pay $5 a month (or $30 a year) to access the basic EA Origin program. It'll bring release and pre-release access to its new games, and not just its archive of games. It's a premium version of Origin Access allowing members full access to all games on the platform. Well, aside from the one requiring you to use Origin Access Premier. For Madden 19, Premier members will play the game on August 2nd, 8 days before its worldwide August 10th launch. The best thing is that with Origin Access Premier will also include The Sims 4, which will also include the Digital Deluxe, Dine Out, and Kids Room packs. Imagine paying one low monthly or annual fee and getting to play new EA PC titles before launch. Lastly, they offer a 10 percent discount on all purchases from Origin.
As you may expect, the title comes with a standard edition and a Hall of Fame edition featuring Terrell Owens.
