Resident Evil 2 Remake Will Feature Hunk and Tofu

Resident Evil 2 Remake Will Feature Hunk and Tofu

The original version of Resident Evil 2 was the fastest-selling video game in North America upon its initial release and retains its title as the best-selling game in the franchise on a single platform.

You can see more non-Tofu and Hunk related Resident Evil 2 remake gameplay and insights in the trailers below. However, Capcom has since confirmed that both HUNK and Tofu, as well as their respective game modes, will be returning for the remake. The trailers and gameplay footage that have been released since then have answered a lot of questions fans may have had about the game, but they failed to address whether or not the Resident Evil 2 remake will bring back some of the more obscure characters, like Umbrella operative HUNK and Tofu. It will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Along with college student Claire Redfield, who is briefly glimpsed in the new trailer, Kennedy must escape his overrun precinct and navigate his way out of the city of the insatiable dead. What we're saying is that this looks like the modernized version of an all-time classic horror game that we've been hoping Resident Evil 2 Remake would end up being from the moment Capcom first teased it.

Are you looking forward to playing Resident Evil 2 again? Both Leon and Claire have their own separate playable campaigns, allowing players to see the story from both characters' perspectives.

Of course, much has changed since Resident Evil 2 made its PlayStation debut, and the remake of Resident Evil 2 reflects many of those changes.

I can't wait to scare myself silly all over again when the final product hits PS4, Xbox One and PC on January 25, 2019.
