Reliance Communications to sell DTH business

Vodafone India , the country's second largest telecom operator said that it is offering Reliance Communications customers can now use Vodafone network for facilitating their Port-out requests. The company has also announced various asset sales and a comprehensive debt resolution plan. RCom owes Rs 44,700 crore to Indian banks and had entered the strategic debt restructuring (SDR) scheme of Indian banks in June this year.

Under the terms of the agreement, Altice , the fourth-largest USA cable operator, will use Sprint's network to provide voice and data services in the United States. Altice didn't disclose a timeline in regard to the launch of its wireless service. In this new deal, Sprint is hoping to use the funds to further develop and deploy a better network.

Cloud-based software maker Salesforce.com Inc said on Monday it has entered into a partnership with Google's cloud platform G Suite , to support its rapidly growing global customer base. Quip's Live Apps will be embedded with Google Drive and Google Calendar. Salesforce clients that don't now use G Suite, Google's package of workplace software, will get the offerings free for one year.

Comcast's internet service is down in several major United States cities

Eastern time that it was aware of an external issue with its network and was working to fix the problem. Comcast Cares had acknowledged the difficulties a couple of hours earlier. At 1:23 pm EST, Comcast's internet began failing. In a statement to CNN Tech, CenturyLink said a "configuration error" disrupted service and technicians restored service in 90 minutes.
