Sushma Swaraj discharged from AIIMS after successful kidney transplant

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, who underwent a kidney transplant surgery at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on December 10, was discharged on Monday afternoon. She particularly thanked Dr Mukut Minj who led the team which had carried out her kidney transplant. Doctors at AIIMS said that Swaraj had shown a steady recovery post the surgery.
