No charges to be filed in shooting at pizza shop

Authorities at scene of shooting at pizza place in Levittown, Pa., on Tuesday night. . The armed customer reportedly shot at the intruders as they reached for their guns, Middletown Police Chief Joe Bartorilla said. According to Bartorilla, the customer's gun was properly registered. The two employees were not injured and the customer declined medical attention, according to the Bucks County Courier Times .
