North Korea says it will mass-produce ballistic missile

With the launch of a mid-range Pukguksong 2 missile on Sunday, North Korea was able to gather "meaningful data in regards to improving the credibility" of its missile program, a defence ministry spokesperson said. The North followed up with a weekend test-launch and declared Monday that it is ready to start mass-producing the new medium-range ballistic missile which it said is capable of reaching Japan and major USA military bases there.
