It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the White House! The president briefly spoke to the gathered crowd. Tickets are required and were available through a lottery in October. The 7.5-metre Norwegian tree was erected at the Market Cross at the weekend and it features loops of bright lights running vertically instead of being wrapped horizontally.
