Palestinian political parties vow 'to start disengaging from Israel'

The Palestine Liberation Organisation's (PLO) made the first steps to temporarily revoke recognition of Israel Saturday. The rally was organized by several Palestinian associations and the Swiss-Palestinian society. Western countries have been lobbying senior Palestinian officials to convince them not to take such a step, multiple diplomats said. But until now, the ICC has not moved past the "preliminary examination" of the "situation in Palestine".
