Texas prosecutors say for the past nine years Gilberto Escamilla accepted deliveries of fajitas at the center, then resold the food to his own customers. Manuel Bañales sentenced Escamilla 50 years to reflect the amount of money involved, the misuse of county funds, and because he was a public servant.
