3 rescued after US Navy helicopter crashes near Guam

The victim's identity has not been released. The man was hit by a Dodge Charger with OH plates at the intersection of North Main and Elliot streets. An accident reconstruction team tested the car's brakes. Wednesday afternoon, the man killed in the crash was identified as 42-year-old David Santiago of Brockton.

United Nations condemns terrorist attack on Kefraya, al-Fouaa evacuees

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has strongly condemned today a terrorist attack in Syria against a convoy of buses evacuating 5,000 civilians and armed opponents who chose to leave their terrorist-besieged towns. The main opposition High Negotiations Committee (HNC) condemned the bombing, saying that "terrorism shall end if a political transition takes place".
