The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the National level entrance examination organised by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) annually. The CBSE has conducted the test in 1,921 examination centres across the Nation and also the NEET is conducted in 10 different languages. This includes 1,522 NRIs, 480 OCIs, 70 PIOs & 613 foreign students.
More than 11 lakh students are eagerly waiting for the results and it is likely to be declared today. The notification was made available on the official result website today. However, separate petitions were filed at the Madras and Gujarat High Courts where medical aspirants demanded cancellation of NEET 2017 as the Gujarati and Tamil medium paper were allegedly tougher than the English and Hindi medium.
The CBSE in the Information Bulletin had fixed June 08 as the tentative date to declare the NEET 2017 result.
Now, finally, the CBSE is rolling out the CBSE NEET Result, score, rank, and cutoff mark 2017. The CBSE board announced the NEET result on the official websites cbseneet.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in as per the Supreme Court Order. It was, however, postponed after the Madras High Court order stayed the declaration of the results. The board had announced the result for JEE Main 2017 exam on the same website. Admissions to about 90,000 MBBS and BDS seats across the country is through the NEET.
The result will be displayed on the screen. Download and take a print out.
Candidates can log on to cbseresults.nic.in for NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) 2017 Result for under graduate medical courses - MBBS/BDS.
