Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has seen a permanent price cut of ₹1,000 for the 3 GB and 4 GB RAM model with 32 GB and 64 GB onboard flash storage. Redmi Note 4 sports a metallic unibody with round edges.
Redmi Note 4 ships with full LTE band support, and of course also VoLTE out of the box. The smartphone is powered by energy efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Octa-core SoC based on the 14 nm FinFET technology. The 2GB RAM, 16GB storage version of the Redmi Note 4, however, seems out of stock on Flipkart but can still be purchased from Mi.com/in. Both versions have hybrid dual-SIM card slots, one of which can also be used as a microSD card slot. There's a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. The front houses a 5 MP camera.
In terms of camera capability, the device offers a 13 MP rear-facing main camera with PDAF and CMOS, featuring 1080p video recording capability.
Other specs remain the same. On the connectivity front, the device offers 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Global Positioning System with AGS/GLONASS and USB Type C. The handset measures 151 x 76 x 8.35mm and weighs 175 grams. The Redmi Note 4 is further backed by a 4,100mAh battery.
As a result of the permanent price cut, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage is priced at Rs 9,999, down from Rs 10,999. If you are exchanging a phone like Moto G4 Plus for this, you will get Rs 3,800 off on the final price, which will effectively bring the price to Rs 8,299 for the 4GB RAM variant. They are available at the reduced prices on the brand's website and Flipkart.
The Redmi Note 4 comes in four colour options - Grey, Gold, Silver and a new matte Black version.
