PUBG Leaves Early Access 20 December

PUBG Leaves Early Access 20 December

Yesterday, PUBG Corp gave us our first look at Miramar, a new map coming to the extremely popular game, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG).

As the gameplay trailer revealed, there are a ton of hills, factories, townships and villages in the PUBG Miramar desert map. Thankfully, the game's development team over at PUBG Corporation have acknowledged the need for variety and today's Game Awards event was the ideal time to display what new map Miramar has to offer. A one-hour long trial will also be available ahead of purchase, like other Game Preview titles. If interested in having a look for yourself, you can catch the new area in action at around the 40-second mark in the embedded video.

Although Miramar holds plenty of secrets for players to discover, we've learned so far that Los Leones will be the largest city on the map, filled with lootable buildings, and that Pecado will be host to a large-scale casino. The map will also feature unique vehicles like an off-road pickup truck. Fans can expect to play the upcoming build this December 20 after long months of testing. The Xbox One X Game Preview program, on the other hand, will be launching on December 12. The map will be available on the game's test servers tonight at 12 PM EST (4 AM AEDT tomorrow). Additionally, a preview period for the Xbox One port will take place on December 12th.
