WWE no longer advertising Ronda Rousey for two Raw shows

Former UFC fighter and current WWE wrestler Ronda Rousey was a guest on The Ellen Show where she talked about her new career change. Rousey showed up at the Royal Rumble in January to reveal that she would be signing a contract World Wrestling Entertainment.

While it's obviously disappointing for anyone who bought tickets for the Raw events to see Rousey, her absence can actually be a blessing for the company in one way.

Rousey will now be present at every Raw leading into WrestleMania, though it is conceivable that some of those may be dark segments. However, on a night where Roman Reigns called out Brock Lesnar for no-showing Monday Night Raw, Rousey was not at the show either. The WWE was in Detroit this week for Raw.

Furthermore, WWE has since deleted the article announcing that Ronda will be appearing on every Raw leading up to the Show of Shows.

Ronda Rousey was expected to appear on the March 12 edition of Monday Night RAW but didn't and it seems the reasoning isn't what people may expect. Ronda said that was fine but then demanded an apology from McMahon.

Hilariously, Wolfgang has a Twitter and tweeted that he made his debut on Raw, while his brother had to come up through the indies. Angle made the match and then added himself and Triple H to it.

While Rousey admits there are some nerves involved for her first match, nothing can compare to competing on the biggest stages in her athletic career like she did with the Olympics or defending her UFC title on six occasions.
