It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 GPU.
At the bottom of the wallpaper, a bright green circle enclosing a pattern stands out; a blatant hint that the OnePlus 6T's display will be housing a in-display fingerprint sensor. The coolest feature about that screen, though, is that it contains a "light-sensitive fingerprint sensor under the display", which Samsung and Apple have both failed to deliver (while OnePlus affiliate Vivo has).
Speaking to TechRadar, Pei did not actually reference the OnePlus 6T directly - just the "next OnePlus handset". The 6T also has a triple camera setup at the back which is a combination of 20 MP, 12 MP and a TOF 3D camera. The front-facing camera, however, will supposedly be taking a whopping step up from 16MP to 25MP. Not only do we know its price, but all of the handset's major specs and release date have also been revealed. The smartphone should include support for all the latest standards such as Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, NFC, USB Type-C., and 4G VoLTE. He didn't specifically say what that new technology will be, but he did say that it will offer more battery life, so it seems that OnePlus will be squeezing in a larger battery. Their reasoning involves the timing being right, that they'll substantially increase battery life and add other tech in place, and that an included dongle will ease the transition. The 6 GB RAM variant has 64 GB of internal storage, whereas, the 8 GB RAM variant comes with 128 GB and 256 GB of internal storage.
Oxygen OS base on Android 9.0 Pie.
